Separate dining room with cd player. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Private heated 8m x 4m pool, Hot tub/Spa (both cleaned twice weekly). Very private south facing terraces with fabulous sea and mountain views which are set on 3 levels and decked out with sun loungers, patio furniture and Canarian BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco. The villa has secure private parking for 2 cars and intercom entry system. Welcome pack & Pool towels are provided. On your arrival at the villa you will be greeted by the villa manager and he will also be your contact during your stay should there be anything at all that you may require. Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Playa Flamingo and is approx 15 mins walk or 2 mins by car. There are also 2 other beaches in Playa Blanca and a little further out the fabulous Papagayo beaches, which are well worth a visit. |

Travel
The airport for Lanzarote is Arrecife and is approx 30km from Playa Blanca and will take 30 mins by car/taxi.
A taxi from the airport will cost you approx 45 euros.

Nearest supermarket 2 mins walk. Nearest beach/bars and restaurants 10 mins walk. Punta Limones 15 mins walk (ferry, bars and restaurants). Playa Blanca village 20 mins walk (shops, bars and restaurants). The fabulous Marina Rubicon 5 mins drive. |

Playa Blanca has a large pedestrian shopping area with an abundance of shops and supermarkets and the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars.
The Marina Rubicon with it's designer shops and upmarket restaurants/bars is well worth a visit |

Dear Marie,
On arriving at Villa Ambar we were greeted by the Villa Manager who made us feel very welcome and took a lot of time to explain the details of the property.
I was delighted with the property it had everything you could wish for and more!! It was clean (we were the first family to have stayed there), spacious and truly luxurious.
The two levels of bedrooms allowed independence for our older children making it a perfect holiday home for us.
Daniel was available at a moments notice to deal with any issues we had.
All in all a fabulous villa with private pool, hot-tub and pool table, supported by reliable yet discreet management, what more could you ask for.
