This stunning 5* luxury villa with 220 sq m of living space/plot 500 sq m is situated in an elevated posiition with fantastic sea views to Papagayo beaches, Fuerteventura and Los Lobos.
Car hire is not considered essential as it is only a short 10 minute walk to the nearest beach/restaurant/bars etc. The nearest supermarket is a 2 minute walk.
Constructed, furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard with top quality fixtures and fittings.
Private 8 x 4m heated swimming pool, hot tub/spa (cleaned twice weekly), full air-con, large LCD TV with satellite, DVD player & pool table.
Huge lounge/entertainments area (90 sq m ), second lounge/dining room with LCD TV. Fully fitted kitchen. Four bedrooms: 2 double (both with en-suite facility) and 2 twin. Main bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower enclosure. Separate cloakroom.
Welcome pack on arrival and pool towels are provided. Midweek towel change. For those guests staying longer than 1 week there will also be a full clean and linen change.
On your arrival you will be greeted by our villa manager and he will also be your contact during your stay should there be anything at all which you may require.

Playa Blanca Village has a large pedestrian shopping area with plenty of shops and supermarkets, the promenade is lined with quality restaurants and bars. The Marina Rubicon with it's designer shops and upmarket restaurants/bars is well worth a visit |
