Finca El Barranco which has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is situated in the very pretty village of Los Valles and is one of the most beautiful country villas in Lanzarote, only a very short drive from the former capital Tequise.

This luxury rural retreat has 280 sq m of living space/plot size 900 sq m.

Finca El Barranco has a private courtyard, with an abundance of plants and flowers to enjoy, BBQ area and a private heated swimming pool (8 x 4m - 1-1.7m deep).
Beautifully appointed lounge area with magnificent views of the beautiful Lanzarote landscape and a separate TV lounge.
The Master bedroom is lavishly furnished and features a very spacious open plan en-suite bathroom.
There are two further bedrooms which are accessed from the courtyard. A sumptuous double room with en-suite bathroom and a cosy twin room (accessed by a small flight of stairs) which also has a en-suite facility.
Finca Barranco is Ideal for couples, families and friends who are wanting to holiday in luxurious/totally peaceful accommodation.

A 30% deposit secures your booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

Please note: There is £200 security deposit to be paid on all villas. This can be paid in cash on arrival and will be refunded when the property is handed over in good order with no damages incurred

All prices are based on 4 persons for 7 nights and an extra £80 pp per week applies for each addional guest.
